All commissioned artwork is for personal use unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

I retain the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including but not limited to subject matter, complexity, or schedule conflicts.

Communication regarding commissions will be conducted via discord, email, X, or vgen.

Clients must provide clear references, descriptions, and any necessary details for the artwork.

Pricing is determined based on the complexity, style, and intended use of the artwork. Final quotes will be provided after reviewing the commission details.

Payment is expected in full at start of project

Full payment must be made upon completion of the artwork and before the final, high-resolution files are delivered.

Payments are accepted via paypal or stripe

Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions during the sketch phase.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.

Once the client approves the final artwork, no further changes will be made unless a new agreement is reached.

Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the commission. Deadlines may vary.

Completed artwork will be delivered digitally in [file formats, e.g., JPEG, PNG, PSD], unless otherwise agreed.

Delays caused by the client’s lack of communication or indecision are not my responsibility.

I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to __all __artwork I create unless otherwise agreed in writing

Clients may not claim my artwork as their own or remove my signature/watermark where applicable.

Personal use of commissioned artwork includes display on personal websites, social media profiles, or printed copies for private enjoyment. Credit is appreciated but not required.

Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, advertising) requires the purchase of a commercial license.

I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes, self-promotion, or posting on social media unless the client requests otherwise in advance.

If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

No refunds will be issued for completed artwork.

If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.

Clients may not use my artwork for any illegal, defamatory, or unethical purposes.

My artwork may not be used or altered in any way to create AI-generated works, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects without explicit written consent.

I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of the delivered artwork once it is in the client’s possession.

I make no guarantees regarding the suitability of the artwork for any specific purpose unless explicitly stated.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes if they affect active commissions.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to request NSFW audio commissions.

I reserve the right to refuse any request that makes me uncomfortable or violates my personal boundaries.

All commissions are subject to my availability and discretion.

The Client must provide a clear description of the requested content, including tone, specific lines, or desired scenarios.

Depictions of violent non-consensual acts.

Content involving minors or characters designed to appear as minors.

Incestuous, bestial, or otherwise illegal content.

Harmful, hateful, or discriminatory content (ig. raceplay, usage of slurs, any language intended to cause intense mental harm to another)

Payment is required upfront via fansly (20% upcharge), or stripe

Prices are determined based on the length, complexity, and scope of the commission. Additional charges may apply for rush orders or revisions exceeding the initial scope or commercial rights.

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete the commission.

Minor revisions (e.g., adjustments to tone or delivery) are included in the commission price. Significant revisions will be subject to possible fees.

Estimated delivery time will be provided after discussing the commission details.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the Client will be informed promptly.

Commissions are for personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Commercial usage is subject to price adjustments.

Redistribution, resale, or public posting of the audio is prohibited without prior written consent and grounds for legal action

All commission details are kept strictly confidential unless the Client consents to the work being shared or showcased in my portfolio. The client can not request a takedown after agreement of showcase.

Communication will take place through Discord, X, Fansly, or email.

Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of boundaries will result in immediate termination of the commission.

Please allow up to 24 hours for response times. I promise I have not forgotten your commission or message. I am just one person and custom content takes longer because its being made with love. Thank you for understanding.
